The service was good, every little thing extremely clean, every one of the employees quite attentive and welcoming. During the breakfast area anything was tasty, excellent and very professional.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff on the reception were there at any hrs. The beds were comfy and the other guests had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very awesome hotel and fantastic location. Unquestionably will endorse SSAW Yilian Hotel!

Good place, everything is close. Personnel are tremendous friendly and helpful and talk good English. There are activities each and every evening and it´s a good way to meet people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s really minor. Good quality for the money!

Very nice and clean spot. The area where is located is great, just what we required. Beds ended up quite nice. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance however it´s very good for a complete night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely book once again for my following visit to Hangzhou.

If you are travelling to Hangzhou you have to book at SSAW Yilian Hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I have stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was always clean up. The personnel have been extremely useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was good. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

SSAW Yilian Hotel is located in an exceedingly central situation, it is clean along with the beds are extremely comfortable! There is only one thing I might counsel heading forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, We were very happy with this place and will surely endorse it to everyone looking to visit Hangzhou.
